Get in touch

Email support@vierummy.com — we aim to reply within a few days.

Even better: use Feedback inside the game (Settings → Feedback, or the pause menu). It attaches your app version, device and recent diagnostic logs automatically, which usually lets us find the problem far faster than a description alone.

Frequently asked

I lost my progress after reinstalling.

By default the game signs you in anonymously, and an anonymous account lives on that device only — uninstalling loses it. To carry progress between devices, link a sign-in method from the profile screen before you reinstall.

How do I play with friends?

Open Salon from the main menu, create a room, and share the room code. Your friends enter that code to join. Rooms take two to four players, and any empty seats can be filled by house opponents.

What is the difference between Casual and Tournament?

Casual is the relaxed version: generous joker handling and free rearranging of the table. Tournament follows the stricter conventions competitive players use — a turn timer, penalties for running out of time, and tighter rules for reclaiming jokers. Both are explained in full inside the game under How to Play.

Can I play offline?

Yes. Solo games run entirely on your device. Only private rooms with other people need a connection.

The text is cut off / a translation looks wrong.

Please send it to us through the in-game feedback form and choose the Suggestion category — a screenshot or the name of the screen is enough for us to find it.

How do I delete my data?

You can delete your account from the profile screen inside the game, which removes your profile and statistics. For anything further, email us and see the Privacy Policy for the full description of your rights.

Is my child able to play this?

The game contains no violence, no advertising, no chat with strangers, and no in-app purchases. It is, however, not directed at children under 13, and the rules assume a player who is comfortable with arithmetic and planning.
