These terms are the agreement between you and Tennozan Games for the use of the Vierummy game. They are written to be readable rather than impressive. If something here is unclear, ask us at support@vierummy.com.

1. Acceptance

By downloading, installing or playing Vierummy (the “Game”), you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Game.

2. Licence

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and play the Game on devices you own or control, for your own private, non-commercial entertainment.

You may not:

copy, redistribute, sell, rent or sublicense the Game;
reverse engineer, decompile or attempt to extract the source code, except to the extent that applicable law expressly permits it;
modify the Game or use unauthorised software to gain an advantage in multiplayer games;
use the Game to harass other players, or to transmit unlawful, abusive or offensive content (including through display names or feedback submissions).

3. Your account

The Game creates an anonymous account for you automatically. You may optionally link a third-party sign-in so your progress survives a device change. You are responsible for the security of any third-party account you link. You may delete your account from within the Game at any time.

Please choose a display name that is not offensive and does not impersonate another person. We may reset a display name that breaches this.

4. Purchases

Vierummy is distributed as a paid application. Payment is handled entirely by the app store you bought it from — we never see or store your payment details. Refunds are governed by that store’s policy, not by us; please raise refund requests with the store directly.

5. Online play

Online features let you play in private rooms with people you invite. They depend on your internet connection and on third-party infrastructure, and may be interrupted, changed or discontinued. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of online features.

6. Intellectual property

The Game, including its name, artwork, sounds, text and software, belongs to Tennozan Games and is protected by copyright and other laws. These Terms do not transfer any ownership to you.

Vierummy is an original implementation of a public-domain family of number-and-tile games. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to any other game publisher, and all names and trademarks of other products belong to their respective owners.

7. Updates and changes

We may update the Game, including changing or removing features. Some updates may be required in order to keep playing, particularly where an older version would no longer work correctly with our online services.

8. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The Game is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or relating to the Game is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions or limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you, and you may have additional rights under your local consumer law which these Terms do not affect.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Game and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you materially breach these Terms — for example by cheating in multiplayer or abusing other players.

10. Changes to these Terms

If we change these Terms we will update the date above and, for significant changes, give notice inside the Game. Continuing to play after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
